Another competitive affair which sees Great Fighter bidding to add to his maiden victory at Hexham. He looks harshly treated on his form so far, however, and Nesterenko was raised 4lb after finishing second at Worcester in August. Angus Glens has been well beaten in his last two starts but there are possibilities about the four-year-olds Rock Of Leon and Baron Alco. HASSLE has a rating of 97 on the Flat and has been running well this summer. He disappointed over hurdles in the spring but stepping up in trip in a handicap could be the making of him and Jeremiah McGrath's claim will aid his cause here. Kentucky Star still has scope but is best watched here over a trip too short.
