Plenty come here with a wining chance and indeed in winning form but from a shortlist of Brinkmanship, Mr Parson, Shoudawoudacouda and ST MELLION FREEWAY, it is the latter who we will take a chance on. A talented point-to-pointer and a decent hurdler, it is no surprise to see the selection quickly put over fences as he looks sure to progress well in this sphere. AP McCoy takes the ride for the first time and whilst this is a move away from Worcester where he has run to date, a big show should be on the cards assuming the market signs are positive. Ladino has come back this year better than ever, Brinkmanship comes here chasing the hat-trick but needs to pull out more under top-weight, whilst Mr Parson is a course winner but beat little of note last time. Shoudawoudacouda may be more interesting as he was very impressive last time and evidently gets on well with jockey Donal Devereux. Some interesting Novices' here and the most interesting is St Mellion Freeway who gets our nomination.
