Verdict

A wide open contest for punters with many in form horses taking on each other on and the main protagonists appear to be Allude, Marrel, Tactful Remark and Hors La Loi, and the selection is Allude. The gelding from the Charlie Mann yard is at the top of his game at the moment and if he reproduces his latest win over Words And Deeds he will be hard to beat despite rising in the weights. Tactful Remark is another that could go well he defeated Al Beleevable in good style in an intermediate hurdle last time but he will find this handicap much more competitive. Marrell is also in good form but he ran as if in the handicappers grip when third behind Captain Zinzan last time, Hors La Loi could also go well but he gives the impression he will be better over a longer trip and he will have to improve to defeat the selection Allude.
