    Verdict

A disappointing entry considering there is decent prize money on offer. Having finishing second twice, Regal Gait may well start favourite but he was beaten 28 lengths last time at Wetherby and the winner has not been able to frank that form. CHANDOS BELLE, a winner on the Flat in France, showed ability on her hurdles bow at Doncaster and improved on that when second at Plumpton. With her fillies’ allowance, she gets the nod though any market move for Alan King’s newcomer Zeehan would be significant given she won a Chelmsford maiden over 1m5f as recently as December.
