Verdict

Spock was a fortunate winner on his chasing debut over C&D in May as Life Of The Luso's last-fence fall presented him with the prize. The handicapper resisted the temptation to raise him in the weights for that success, however, and he can only improve. Preference, however, is for PRIORS GLEN who would probably prefer a longer trip but should get his own way out in front and can make all, as long as his tendency to jump right doesn't hinder him on this sharp track. Plunkett and Horseshoe Reef have the past form to figure but Be Definite hasn't been done any favours by the handicapper.
