DR DUNRAVEN just failed to peg back Orion’s Might at Uttoxeter three weeks ago but has been raised 6lb for that. That hasn’t done him any favours, though he is still preferred to long-standing maiden Cor Wot An Apple and Clearly Capable, pulled up when favourite at Towcester having won on his debut for Brian Barr earlier at Newton Abbot. The normally-reliable Chevalgris was also pulled up last time while Defining Year has offered little encouragement so far.
