Verdict

Imperial Presence has his ground again after an impressive victory at Kempton. He’s gone up 7lb, however, which puts him on a career-high mark and the extra yardage is a worry, even on another sharp track. ROMAN FLIGHT finished ahead of Casino Markets at Newton Abbot and then ran well in a £35,000 race at Uttoxeter. He has won off a higher mark in the past and could be the value here ahead of the hat-trick seeking Princeton Royale and Southwell second Voix D'Eau. Allelu Alleluia was making his debut over fences when scoring over course and distance last month and has plenty of scope and it’s interesting that Kk Lexion goes handicapping having also raced just the once over the larger obstacles. This is Newton Geronimo’s time of year and he goes well fresh so can’t be ignored.
