Verdict

Best Not Argue showed some improvement in a maiden at Cartmel in July but fellow Irish raider FALAK is preferred. Gordon Elliott’s charge has been running well enough over hurdles and on the Flat to suggest he can take advantage of this drop in class. Former Elliott inmate Skeaping has placed twice for new connections but will likely find at least one too good again. Ballyellis continues to frustrate and is now 0-12.
