Verdict

ROSSETTI keeps defying the handicapper and has now won three times over course and distance. The grey has a fine turn of foot and has nothing to fear from A Little Magic on latest running. The latter, like Worcester third Alcock And Brown is a couple of pounds out of the handicap here but May Hay is another dual course winner entitled to respect, though she prefers much softer going. Sharp Rise surprisingly unseated his rider over hurdles at Newton Abbot last time having been in good form previously over fences but is capable of putting that setback behind him if in the mood.
