In depth

Verdict

Though he’s only raced on soft ground so far, SEDDON (NAP) shouldn’t be inconvenienced by today’s surface. He is an imposing individual and he ran well in the Champion Bumper in March which is normally a reliable source for novice hurdle winners. Not That Fuisse won at Uttoxeter and Aintree in May and may have needed the run when last in a handicap at Chepstow on his reappearance but he is giving 10lb to the selection. Mr Dorrell Sage, a maiden winner at Fontwell in the spring, is conceding 6lb and a bigger danger may be Warwick third Larch Hill. Princess Roxy has won a bumper and a point but she never figured on her hurdles bow.
