Verdict

A bit of a low-key finale but last month's Towcester fifth Speedy Directa is a previous C&D winner and Naughtyatiz won over 2m1f here in March and was a decent third at Uttoxeter subsequently. Bahr Nothing will have the assistance of Richard Johnson and found only Acapulco Bay too good at Hereford last time while Cresswell Bramble beat Carhue Princess at Ffos Las last August, though was a tailed-off last of three on a return visit to the Welsh track after a break. It was only a seller in which TOWER finished fourth at Wetherby last week but he finished well ahead of some higher-rated rivals and a repeat of that effort here would probably see him go close.
