Verdict
A low grade lottery but NOVABRIDGE was beaten a length despite finishing only a fifth over track and trip last time and may prove good enough. He finished in front of both Purple Dragon and Sir Geoffrey on that occasion and was well ahead of Fuel Injection when scoring at Newcastle earlier in the year. Father Mckenzie tumbles further down the weights without looking any nearer winning and blinkers replace cheekpieces but Frangarry was winning off a higher mark last year and has finished closer recently.
