Mugeba ran a fair enough race on his return at Yarmouth earlier this month but Gay Kelleway's mare does not seem particularly well treated for his return to the Fibresand and preference is for Steel Grey, who gets the vote ahead of Epidaurian King. The last mentioned is less exposed than most of these and has to be respected being open to improvement but he does not look to be particularly well treated. The Grey One ran better over course and distance last time and has claims on that evidence but, like handicap newcomer Bahrall, does not seem that well treated. Fuel Cell is capable but inconsistent and a better bet looks to be Steel Grey. Mel Brittain's gelding disappointed back on turf last time but earlier form here was solid enough and he may be worth chancing back on the Fibresand today.
