      Verdict

      LAYLA'S HERO ended a long losing run when scoring over track and trip last time. This looks no tougher despite a penalty and Dandy Nicholls' charge can go in again. Girl At The Sands returns to the Fibresand for the first time since landing a claimer here early last year, while Gebayl won her maiden over course and distance in June and has slipped down the weights subsequently. Upper Lambourn has been in slightly better form over 5f of late and scored off a higher mark over today's trip here last season.
