Lizzie Rocket is a tentative choice in what is a poor contest, with Hello Roberto, Off Hire and Levelled a few others with claims. This race sets the standard at the fibresand meeting, but something has to win it and so we rely on Lizzie Rocket whose only two placed efforts have come here. She had a visor on for the first time when third over seven furlongs here on Tuesday, and not for the first time gave the impression that she ran out of steam. With that in mind, the drop back to five furlongs could be a wise move, and she is taken to open her account. Hello Roberto has won three times in all, but not on this surface. She had the best of the draw and a first-time visor when third nine days ago, and although in box 12 here, should still make her presence felt. Levelled is a bit long in the tooth now but his experience may come in handy at this level, although Off Hire showed a bit more zip when third here nine days ago and was in front of David Chapman's charge, so would be expected to maintain the form.
