      Verdict

      ORNATE and Tawny Port filled the places in a conditions race over track and trip last time and the former looks set to confirm running and return to winning ways given today’s more favourable terms back in a handicap. Tawny Port looks the main danger once again given he’s unbeaten in a couple of previous starts here while Thegreatestshowman beat Giogiobbo when scoring over course and distance on New Year’s Day though has been beaten off today’s mark subsequently. Diamond Dougal debuts on the surface and has something to prove in this higher grade.
