It's hard to get away from April San but he's one we'd like to oppose and The Accordion Man, unbeaten in his last three runs in points, is a viable alternative. April San has been short in the market for all five runs over hurdles so far and was the subject of positive mention in a stable tour at the start of the season. Since debut, he's been noted travelling well each time but seems to find very little at the business end and connections will be hoping that the better ground/longer trip may do the trick. Stablemate Seize has shown a similar level of form but has passed up any number of opportunities although he's relatively unexposed under today's conditions which do seem to suit. Kingfisher Niamh has hinted at ability and support for Sir Leonard would be worth noting; they're of some interest but we'll take The Accordion Man to make a winning debut under Rules.
