    Verdict

Lupanar can provide Gary Moore with back to back wins in this contest. Award Winner and Olympian can ask most questions of the selection. Lupanar was a fair performer on the level in France but defied expectations on his hurdling bow when coming clear of the chasing pack to finish second behind the smart Pasco at 40-1 at Newbury. There's nothing of that quality in this field, the longer trip will suit and there should be sufficient ease in the ground. Award Winner achieved more in finishing second at Ludlow than Anchor Bridge did when runner-up at Market Rasen and Brendan Powell's runner is the obvious alternative. The concession of weight to an above average individual could be beyond him though. The winner of the Ludlow race was trained by Charlie Longsdon so he should have an idea of Olympian's chances following that one's improved performance in a Huntingdon handicap. A few of interest then but Lupanar stands out and should take a world of beating.
