Having taken an eternity to open his account, Zorn has now won his last two starts but faces no easy task under a 6lb penalty for a hard-fought success on Thursday and another winner on the same card Shifty Night is preferred, with Legal Set rated the best of the remainder. The selection hails from the in-form yard of a Christine Dunnett and judged by the manor of his length success over Pawan on Thursday he may be able to defy the 6lb penalty. Mark Polglase's Piccleyes would have claims on the pick of his form but has disappointed of late, while Abelard gave little sign for encouragement at Wolverhampton last time but may do better back on the Fibresand. Jalouhar and Largs have been doing their winning in banded stakes races and are likely to find this opposition too tough and a bigger threat may come from Legal Set. Ann Stokell's gelding is well enough treated on his best form but has done most of his racing on the Polytrack. There are no such worries for Shifty Night though and he gets the vote.
