        Verdict

        Tim Easterby's juveniles tend to improve with racing and Princess Cleo can step up on her promising debut to land this modest event, Garvarnie Beau and Categorical appear to be the main rivals. The selection kicked off her career in a decent maiden at York, finishing an excellent sixth behind Romantic Evening. The form has taken a couple of knocks recently but with improvement guaranteed Princess Cleo should have enough ability to land this event. Catergorical improved on his debut effort to finish just a length behind River Crossing and the booking of Jamie Spencer looks significant. Garvanie Beau ran well at Chester last time when dropped to this trip and should be capable of fighting for a place. Half Pint Bill looks the pick of the remainder, but Princess Cleo has plenty of scope for improvement and gets our vote.
