In depth

Verdict

TRUMPS BENEFIT has shown useful form the last twice since joining Ryan Potter and was probably value for more when scoring at Hexham last time, for which he's been upped 7lb. These appear to be his optimum conditions and he's just preferred to Do It For Thy Sen, a comfortable course and distance scorer latest and another who seems well suited to this trip. Calvario is probably best watched on a first start after wind surgery and for Charlie Longsdon, and Lickpenny Larry makes greater appeal if forgiven his latest effort which is easily done. Caro Des Flos has consistent hurdling form but his sole start over fences came back in 2018.
