        Verdict

        Heron landed a double over track and trip before well beaten at Kempton though is 6lb higher than his latest success while Drew Breeze easily beat Peerless Percy over 1m4f here before running a shocker back at the track last time. Niven returned to the Flat with a decent third on the Fibresand but that was over 2m2f and a chance is taken on THE RESDEV WAY. The later hasn’t won for some time but is best over today’s trip and should take advantage of a slide down the weights before long.
