Cyfrwys looks the best option here, with Roman Empire and Piccleyes the likely dangers. Bryn Palling's is making her Southwell debut, but has performed well on the Polytrack at Lingfield this season. She finished a close up sixth behind Glencalvie after being struck into from behind during the race. Piccleyes was third in that contest but is two pounds worse off this afternoon, so the selection, with no trouble in running, should be capable of reversing the form. Roman Empire ran well over the seven furlong trip here, making Sharoura pull out all the stops. The drop in trip today shouldn't be a problem and he could be the main threat to the selection. The others have little to recommend them, although Kennington finished second here on Monday and if he takes his chance he should be capable of taking a hand in the finish, however Cyfrwys stands out on form and gets the nod.
