A poor end to proceedings where the bare form offers very little but we will take a chance on SOFONISBA who we have marginal preference for over Miss Cameo and Jonnie Skull. The selection makes a return to racing today after five month break. The filly was progressing before the break and the rest may have done her some good. Her yard are doing well so far this year and in such a poor race the three-year-old looks capable of snatching a first career win. Miss Cameo has been third at the last three attempts on the all weather and has the advantage of having raced this year. This step up in trip will aid her cause and a repeat of her last outing should see her there or thereabouts at the post. Jonnie Skull has also been racing this year without finding a win. He hasn¿t placed outside the top three at the last five attempts and a place in the minors looks a likely finish again for the gelding. It may be best keeping your money in your pocket for this one and as always a market check is advised but for us Sofonisba looks best.
