The Resdev Way has won a dozen races in 96 starts and stays the trip well while Bird For Life gained her 10th victory over the trip at Wolverhampton and has only been raised 2lb. King Charles finished a close third and is entitled to get closer but FUNKY TOWN PINKIE won a course and distance handicap by eight lengths and completed a double when landing a 1m6f handicap here last week. She has a 6lb penalty to contend with but hasn't had much racing and can go in again. Raiff, a winning bumper, was well supported over 1m4f here two weeks ago but couldn't pick up the pace in the closing stages and today's trip should be more to his liking.
