Channel Packet gained the sixth victory of her 52-run career at Chelmsford and has had back-to-back victories in the past. Velma scored over the trip at Newcastle in February but hasn't been seen since a moderate run there the following month. Shabs is 0-15 and has been beaten off lower marks the last four times but Kodebreaker is running well enough to get competitive. TEA GARDEN gained a shock victory over 7f here in August and is back on the same mark. She may be good enough in a poor handicap.
