        Verdict

        Casterbridge bids for a hat-trick off a 6lb higher mark having landed a double at Newcastle last month and handles the Fibresand. Tilly Trotter has yet to race on this surface though went close at Wolverhampton recently but a speculative vote goes to CROSSE FIRE. The latter reversed earlier form with Piazon when third over track and trip last month with Razin' Hell and Bosham also finishing behind and it could be the turn of Scott Dixon’s charge once again returning to the minimum distance.
