A moderate contest, which will take little winning. Mabel Riley has bits and pieces of form, but she is none to consistent. Even so she cannot be left out of calculations in this, while Waterline Spirit takes a big drop in class for this All-Weather debut. Tidy merits respect after finishing fourth in a big field of maidens at Windsor. That was a big improvement on his debut and he is clearly going the right way, but Flowerdrum gets the vote. A late foal, she shaped nicely on her debut (from a poor draw) when staying on steadily in the latter stages at Windsor and granted normal improvement, she may prove too good for these.
