In depth

Verdict

Hardy Boy escapes a penalty for winning a conditionals’ race at Huntingdon and is preferred to Newcastle runner-up Ugo Du Misselot. But BALLINSLEA BRIDGE may have finally fallen far enough down the weights to get his head back in front judged on a recent second over course and distance and having won off higher marks in the past, Robin Dickin’s charge gets the vote. The Vollan also placed over track and trip last week while Presenting Pete has only his second start in a handicap.
