FASTINTHESTRAIGHT has got his act together now with a couple of recent wins over 1m2f at Kempton to his name. He looks sure to appreciate this longer trip and, if handling the Fibresand, looks the one to beat with further progress likely. Bring Sweets won a seller here recently but this is tougher, while Jackie Kiely will find life more difficult after popping up in an amateurs' race at this track a fortnight ago. Carnac has place claims, but the chief threat to the selection could prove to be last month's Lingfield winner Mister Frosty.
