In depth

Verdict

Montiboli, Diademas and Loose Caboose all enter calculations and we are with Diademas. Vince Smith's runner is not short of early pace and having shown a degree of ability on this course, we hope that he can make it count on this occasion. Montiboli had some useful maiden form in the past although today's drop to five is a real poser. Loose Caboose is dropped in trip again. The booking of Seb Sanders could indicate this as the first string of the Alan McCabe outfit. Stoneacre Pat made all to win at Lingfield and would be a player if handling today's surface. Mac Dalia has won over the trip at plating levels. Diademas is not the easiest to catch right but is likely to have claims of snatching this from the boxes.
