STAND GUARD has another good opportunity on today's terms and is hard to oppose. He recorded win number 20 on the all-weather at Lingfield last time but is equally at home on this surface and easily beat Jack Dawkins here in February. The latter has hit top form since with a recent double at this track under his belt but has plenty to find at the weights with the selection. Gay Gallivanter and Xpres Maite have both been beaten by Jack Dawkins this month and will do well to reverse the form.
