        Verdict

        COOLAGH MAGIC scored at Lingfield on Friday and escapes a penalty as it was an apprentice race. That was over 6f and it's a long time since he ran over this trip but he looks the one to beat. Qaaraat hasn't won for two years and he's had plenty of opportunities while Rhubarb is 0-21. But Clear Angel has had a couple of reasonable runs since arriving from France and is at the right end of the handicap while Amazing Amaya is only 1lb higher than when scoring at Chelmsford in March and has only had three subsequent runs.
