In depth

Verdict

Beatthebullet beat Gosheven here by three lengths in November but there is nothing between the pair on today’s terms. Huntsmans Jog has been knocking on the door, including over course and distance last time, but a 3lb rise has hardly helped his cause. Moroder has gone up 4lb for winning at Plumpton so this can go to GUSTAVIAN, who unseated his rider at the first here two runs ago and made a bad mistake when beaten at Ffos Las subsequently but was placed over this longer trip over hurdles and has the most scope of these.
