        Verdict

        A win for Realt Na Mara in the previous race would boost the chances of Diriculous, who is the selection here ahead of The Geester and Kennington. Diriculous made a winning handicap debut last time after having taken a Kempton maiden and also run well behind Realt Na Mara at the Sunbury track. The drop back in trip should not be an obvious inconvenience and he certainly looked to be on a decent mark last time, so a 6lb penalty can be dealt with. The Geester meets his Southwell conqueror on 6lb better terms and there is no doubt that he could be a serious threat back over this trip, but he does not look to have room for as much improvement so we will just oppose. Kennington acts at the track and over the trip and he is up 2lb for a decent run behind Muktasb last time, so can't be ruled out. Cleveland was third behind the selection here last time and is also 6lb better off but he doesn't appear to have the speed to reverse that form and Diriculous is taken to go in again.
