A tricky handicap in which Ambitious Annie looks on a very favourable mark and can get the better of Decelerate and Vandenberghe. Reg Hollishead's four-year-old was successful at Wolverhampton in August and wasn't disgraced over course and distance last time when second to the well handicapped Macaroni Gold, she is is lightly raced and so has plenty of scope for improvement. Decelerate comes here in cracking form having won a claimer at Lingfield at the end of last month, another bold showing is expected. Vandenberghe hails from a top yard and must warrant respect following a recent third in a competitive handicap at Wolverhampton. Vanbrugh also comes here in good nick having chased home Vincent in a similar handicap last Friday, however on this occasion Ambitious Annie is taken to come out on top.
