Fateful Attraction was a decent winner last time and can follow up today at the expense of Stoneacre Lad and Snake Skin. Ian Wood's filly picked up well in the final furlong, and although idling a little when in the lead, she responded to the urging of the jockey and went on to beat Pip's Baby by a length. She is still learning and we should see more improvement. Stonecare Lad was also successful last time, easily landing a five furlong handicap at Wolverhampton last week. The extra couple of furlongs must be of concern, but in this mood he is hard to ignore. Snake Skin is making her all-weather debut but has shown enough on the turf to warrant plenty of respect here. Mighty Dancer and Samsouma hail from top yards and should be watched in the betting, but our idea of the winner is Fateful Attraction.
