      In depth

      Verdict

Be Free can get the better of Taikoo with Gayanula taken to chase that pair home. Sir Mark Prescott's filly was very green and badly outpaced on her debut here over 6 furlongs last week but finished very strongly when the penny dropped. As a half-sister to middle distance winner Phreeze she'll relish the extra yardage on offer and she'll know what's required of her today. Taikoo showed promise on debut and again over course and distance last month. The form of his latest effort looks reasonable with the second going on to win a handicap off 68 on Friday but he may be seen to better effect once handicapping. Gayanula looks best of the remainder but she's playing for a place at best with Be Free taken to land the spoils.
