        Verdict

        Star Ascending’s winning run came to an end when well beaten in fourth here last week and Epitaph has struggled since winning under Andrew Mullen over track and trip in January. The jockey switches to the latter’s stablemate SEAN O’CASEY today and a chance is taken he acts on this surface as he’s back on a winning mark for a yard in flying form. X Rated is another debuting on Fibresand and is not badly treated on last year’s best efforts. He’s preferred to the likes of My Renaissance and Sonnetist, who both have winning form here in the past.
