Verdict
ABRAJ DUBAI made a winning start when landing a maiden over course and distance by eight lengths. David O’Meara’s filly is worth sticking with now handicapping and is preferred to Monteverdi, a winner at Laytown before placing at Kempton last time. Custard The Dragon won here in April and is back on the same mark today while Toy Theatre faced a tough task in a conditions race at Wolverhampton last time and landed a double on the Turf before that. The veteran Alpha Tauri has recorded all 11 wins to date on this surface but has finished nearer last on recent outings at the track while Musharrif handles the Fibresand but is stepping up from 5f.
