This looks wide open and a chance is taken on WATCH MY BACK, but in a competitive contest Golden Child and Dominican Monk should also be considered. Something seemed to be amiss with Ferdy Murphy's gelding last time out last month when pulled up in a similar contest at Ayr. The yard's started the season quietly, but if fully fit he's more than capable of repeating previous successes at this kind of level. The ground will be right up his street. Golden Child is nought from eight when chasing, and unseated his rider last time out, after previously running a decent third at Cheltenham without ever looking a likely winner. Dominican Monk has never been this far when chasing, and although not the biggest, has won a couple of times over two miles at this sort of level. Rhys Flint claims a handy three pounds. Borora seems to have found some form, although his win last time out was made easier by the favourite unseating his rider. Flake would look to have good each way chances, but in a competitive race, to win it, we'll side with Watch My Back.
