Verdict

Sandhurst Lad won at Plumpton in November and has had his last three starts there, running well on each occasion. We know he stays the trip and will take some beating. Young Lou produced a shock at Warwick where he led for most of the way and battled back when joined. He's up 5lb and isn't certain to replicate the form. AMBERJAM didn't run well at Plumpton last time but his earlier runs at Doncaster and Huntingdon, the latter a short-head victory, put him in the frame for this ad hopefully he'll be back to his best which should be good enough. Blue Rhythm has moved to Evan Williams and would have to be considered from this mark as he was only beaten a short-head here last May.
