soon outpaced and detached in rear, never a threat
chased winner, ridden and outpaced over 2f out, soon lost place, no chance with front pair from over 1f out
made all, driven readily clear final furlong, unchallenged after, easily

SOMMER KATZE led over 1f out until headed in the closing stages over 7f on heavy going at Leicester. He's taking a big drop in trip but if taking to the surface doesn't look to have much to beat. Arthur Shelby was beaten a long way at Newcastle; Henry The Sixth led for 3f over the track and trip before weakening quickly and finishing last; but Jeans Maite showed a bit of promise over 6f at Doncaster in June so could be the one for the forecast.
