HOLOKO HEIGHTS can continue Tim Vaughan's fine record of taking others' cast-offs and turning them into winners, with the main dangers here expected to be Hi Tide and Otto Quercus. Previously with Nicky Vaughan, Holoko Heights ended his flat career with a victory in a stayers' contest at Ayr, but we don't know how he'll take to jumping. Given the yard's record though, it should be taken on trust that he can. Otto Quercus fell on his British debut, having previously run unsuccessfully in his native France, but there should be improvement to come, given that he's only four years old. Hi Tide won here over slightly further three runs back, but has been poor since and may be in the grip of the handicapper. The one we like though, with the caveat we've yet to se him jumping, is Holoko Heights.
