Verdict

A lot depends on how you view Feeling Peckish's victory at Ludlow as the six year old was most impressive when winning an amateur riders' handicap by 15 lengths and has only an 8lb rise to contend with. On the face of it, he has a very obvious chance but it's easy to have doubts about the merit of that success and it was the gelding's first in a career that has encompassed 79 starts. Reelwill ran on gamely to make a winning chase debut at Fakenham from a 6lb lower mark and she may have more to offer so has to be feared but it may be worth taking a chance with MICKWELL BAY who has been absent since disappointing favourite backers at Towcester in March last year but reappears for a new yard on a tempting mark with a top jockey booked.
