Verdict
Mount Royal, Ariesanne and Dunnett Again are three against the field in a poor contest and the vote is given to Mount Royal. The selection has been in good form of late without winning but a reproduction of his latest second behind Bijou Dan sets the standard here and off what remains a fair mark he is taken to score. Ariesanne rates the main danger on his latest second behind Christian Bendix but he all his bets form of late has come over a shorter trip and for that reason he is opposed. Dunnett Again is another worthy of respect on his latest fourth behind Straffan. He is sure to have improved for the run and should be noted in the market. Of the remainder The Job looks to be on a handy mark and could go well at a price but he has been done no favours by the draw and for the winner we return to Mount Royal.
