        Verdict

        Mischief Making,Bookiebasher Babe and Whitcombe Spirit look the main protagonists in this tight handicap and the narrow vote is given to Mischief Making. The selection was a fair second behind Admiral Dundas, that form sets the standard in the context of this race and despite top weight he will be hard to beat. Bookiebasher Babe rates the main danger as he beat Hieroglyph last time but the handicapper has had his say and he will need to improve again to score. Whitcombe Spirit is another that could go well but he is bred to be suited by further and his stable could be in better form. Silver Sprite is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is exposed. Of the others Tapas Lad has the ability to win off this mark but does not always use it and for the winner we return to Mischief Making.
