A tough race for punters with winning form in decidedly short supply and Piano Key can land this at the principle expense of Cragganmore Creek and Makfly. Piano Key is still a maiden but probably ran her best race for some time over slightly further at Wolverhampton. A reproduction of that effort puts her in with a fair shout. Cragganmore Creek won a very weak amateur riders' race at the track on Friday. Connections have done well to find a similarly moderate affair. Makfly is very interesting if the money is seen for him. His hurdling career may have been an abortive one but he should be fit and his stable have been sending out winners of late. Mid Valley has ran consistently at Kempton in recent weeks and was not disgraced here on a previous foray over a mile. Tip Toes often travels well without finding much. Jalandy was a flop in Ireland for Dusty Sheehy but has been transferred into a particularly shrewd yard. Not a race to have the housekeeping money on and we are prepared to take a chance at minimum stakes about Piano Key.
