      Verdict

      Handsome Stranger scored nicely at Kempton last time. He's upped in class here but an apprentice negates a 3lb rise. Mixed Message arrives on the back of a win over hurdles and handles this surface but Chain Of Events makes his Fibresand debut after a recent third at Kempton. Jacobs Son is hard to fancy on his first start since August, so the vote goes to RAGING BEAR in the hope James Evans' charge stays today's longer trip after going close over a mile at this track last month.
