In depth

Verdict

It's hard to make a convincing case for any of this bunch. Lord Buffhead has yet to figure in numerous attempts at the track and Upper Lambourn has failed to threaten since scoring here in March. A winner over 5f on this surface, VERY FIRST BLADE wasn't beaten far when fourth over course and distance on his penultimate start and he gets the token vote in a poor handicap. Ishiamiracle and Amelia Jay were both placed over 7f here on their latest outing without looking like troubling the judge.
